TD Culture Lab – Daily Dose: Supporting Your Mental Health

Join MAC on Thursday, February 24 from 7-8:30 PM for Daily Dose: Supporting Your Mental Health with Dr. Ewa Antczak from Core Centre!
Mental Health is a measure of wellbeing and is supported by an individual’s resiliency, ability to cope, connection to others, emotional well-being, positive thinking, and even physical health.
Every now and then, we all need a boost and to find new tools and activities to help us improve our mental health. That is why MAC is producing a pre-recorded webinar to promote the positive Mental Health of creatives and their networks in Mississauga.
Join MAC as we speak with Dr. Ewa Antczak, from Core Centre, about how to maintain positive mental health, learn some daily questions, tools, and check-ins that you can do to increase your mental well-being, and answer all of your questions.
If you or someone you know feels stressed, worried or depressed, please contact Core Centre at 647-515-4357 or info@corecentre.ca. Core Centre now provides online counseling. Click here to book an appointment: https://corecentre.online/book-your-session/
