You are invited to the Southside Shuffle Volunteer Appreciation Party!

Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are limited to 140 at the Legion. Make sure you reserve your seat early to avoid disappointment. Once we have reached capacity we will not be able to accept any more reservations and will not be able to accommodate walk ins at the door without reservations. Please be considerate of your fellow volunteers and notify us if you need to cancel so that those on the waiting list have an opportunity to attend. Unfortunately additional guests are not permitted due to the hall capacity, we expect a full house of volunteers. If you do not have a printer or smart phone to download or print your ticket please contact Michele Jamerson to let her know at sssvolunteers@hotmail.com and we will include your name on the master ticket list at reception.

This is a free event with food, music, lots of door prizes and 2 free drink tickets per person. Due to food serving restrictions during COVID-19 we are not allowed to offer the buffet. We will however be serving a variety of sandwiches & salads. Servers will be masked & gloved. Free water & pop available. There will be a cash bar if you would like additional drinks. We will also be announcing the recipients of this year’s Southside Shuffle Volunteer Awards.

Covid Policy

Your safety is our top priority & we have a number of new measures to ensure you feel safe & welcome. that include:

1. Proof of double Vaccinations (in accordance with the Province of Ontario):

2. Provide digital PDF, or printed copy of government-issued vaccination confirmation receipt from the Government of Canada. Approved vaccines with Photo ID will be required to attend the party. Proof of exemption required. (Letter from your doctor etc)

3. Face Coverings: In accordance with the Region of Peel requires the wearing of masks in enclosed spaces when away from your table.

4. Social distancing of 2 metres.
