Hispanic Heritage Month 2022: National Round Table on Talk on Cultural Relations

We’re starting out our celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month 2022 with an in-depth discussion!

Join us and our speakers to discuss issues around cultural relations on the communications stage.

Speakers will include:

Lari Resendez Lopez, an entrepreneur from Texas of Mexican background. Lari started her education in the business in 2015 as
an audio engineer and producer in Orlando, Florida by attending Full Sail University. Shortly after her program she worked at El Cielo Recordings in Monterrey Mexico. In 2018 Lari made the decision to pursue the music business aspect by relocating to
Toronto, Canada and enrolling at The Harris Institute where was mentored by individuals such as David Quilico (Vice President and A&R of Sony Music Canada). In 2020 Lari Resendez started a role with MDM Recordings, Canada’s biggest Country Record Label where she got the opportunity to work with artists such as Jess Moskaluke and Tyler Joe Miller, her experience in working different angles of the industry and entrepreneurial mind led her to the start of LRL Management.

Francisca Figueroa, a passionate marketing professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Postgraduate Certificate in Global Business Management with a focus on marketing. She collaborates with the Ontario Pops Orchestra by coordinating Social Media and Email Marketing campaigns. She assists with content creation, the edition of videos, and the development of new ideas.

Hannia Curi Perez, project coordinator for the Hispanic Canadian Arts and Cultural Association’s online and in person workshops. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of British Columbia, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Sheridan College.
This event will take place on Saturday, October 1 at 12:30pm.
